PRIVACY:

At Delicious Corsets we respect your privacy and security! Our mailing lists are never sold or traded! Your orders are transmitted and processed using our secure server. We know that a customer who feels safe and respected will be a returning customer!

CUSTOM CORSETS:

Custom corsets will be drafted based on the measurements you provide... Delicious Corsets cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in measuring or for fluxuations in weight. Your custom corset will be finished within 4-6 weeks, and will be shipped upon receipt of final payment.
Each order is handmade and prepared on an individual basis.
There are no returns or cancellations once your pattern has been drafted.
There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on custom-sized garments. No exceptions. In the unlikely event of faulty merchandise, Delicious Corsets guarantees its garments against defect for 21 days after their arrival. After that point we are unable to take responsibility for how the owner treats their garment.

Orders paid by Check or money order will be held for 14 days to
allow time for check to arrive and clear. After 14 days orphaned check orders are purged from our system.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Standard shipping method for domestic orders is UPS Ground. UPS Ground shipments must be delivered to a street address. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes by UPS... we must be contacted to arrange for orders or mock-ups to be sent to P.O. Boxes.
Other shipping methods may be requested if necessary, additional charges may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are welcome.... we ship all over the globe! All payment for international orders however must be in US Dollars. Credit cards, PayPal (in US Dollars), and International Money Orders (in US Dollars) are all acceptable. International personal checks or business checks however cannot be accepted due to long check clearing time and bank fees. Buyer is responsible for any customs/duties charges. DC Enterprises/Delicious Corsets cannot be held accountable for any delays in delivery due to customs procedures. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their country's customs in the case of detained packages. Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of merchandise total plus shipping charges. Shipping charges will be billed again for any unclaimed orders that must be re-sent.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax is charged on applicable items only on orders sent within the state of Pennsylvania. PA state sales tax is currently 6 percent, orders sent within the city of Philadelphia include an extra 1percent city tax for a total of 7 percent.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
All cut goods are sold by the full yard only, this includes additional fabric to match your corset, trims, or lacing. We are no longer able to sell by fractional measurements.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
All sales are final except for damaged or incorrect goods. If any merchandise was received damaged or incorrect merchandise was accidentally shipped, please contact us for Return Authorization within 7 days for store credit or exchange.
